Again the quota was exceeded in Mass.for the comm.landing of Striped Bass.The quota for Mass.is 802,000.Landing's as of Aug.25,2001 is 807,268 lbs. This is 5,268 lbs over their limit.And it could go higher when final fig.come in.Commerical fishing will be closed as of Aug.21st for the rest of year.Again a little late,and i believe this happen last year also,with no penalties.
